Returns Policy

We value you as a member of the House of Chard family and your experience of our products is really important to us.

If for any reason you require a refund from our online boutique, please email us straight away and we will organise for you to send the products back. Products must be unopened and unused with proof of purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot refund or exchange any products that have been removed from the original packing or are showing any signs of being used.

Please include your contact details and order details in a box with proof of purchase, which can be obtained by printing off you online invoice. If this is not included, we will be unable to process your return.

Once goods are received and are deemed to be within our policy guidelines, a refund will be back to your original payment method within 14 working days. Please note that postage charges arising from an exchange or a refund will be at the cost of the customer and not House of Chard. Here at House of Chard recommend sending items tracked and signed for to ensure receipt of goods. Any items lost or stolen whilst being returned will not be replaced or refunded and is not the responsibility of House of Chard.

Damaged or faulty goods
If a good is damaged or faulty please contact us via email or telephone so we can directly assist you.

Our top tips: Please check goods as soon as they arrive & report any issues to House of Chard as soon as possible. Please note we have a 14 day policy that applies from the date of receiving your goods.

After the 14 days we will not be able to change any damaged of faulty goods.

Our returns and refund/exchange policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
